Booking Terms & Conditions
Your booking has been confirmed and we appreciate you giving us your time for the service. However for any changes to your booking, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your booking time to avoid unnecessary fees.
Fees for Last Minute Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation Fee: 25% of your service (Maximum of $200)
Rescheduling : $30 Fee (If informed only on the service day itself) + 50% Deposit
Kindly Take Note That
1. Our Upholstery Service Specialists can only wait for a maximum of 30 minutes if no one is around.
2. If your appointment is at 5pm or on a Saturday. Kindly check with your condo if they allow us to come in to prevent any unnecessary rescheduling.

Important details for your service
Drying Time: 4 – 6 hours, may take longer for certain material.
Certain fabric material need to have spills treated immediately, thus not all stains can be removed completely especially on sofa materials that are more durable.
Drying Time: 6 – 8 hours, may take 10 hours or longer for certain material.
For furnitures on top of rug, if it can be handled by 2 of our service staffs it is fine. However after the cleaning, the rug has to be completely dry before using.
If you do not wish to leave your rug to dry at your place, kindly schedule a collection to clean the rug at our site instead.
Drying Time: 6 – 8 hours, may take longer for certain material
Stains: For mattress, they will have a lower chance of removal compared to other upholstery items. However, sanitation purpose will still be as effective as other upholstery items.
Repair or re-dye of leather sofa is not inclusive.
