Will the process harm my mattress?
Our cleaning process will not cause any damages or shrinkage. However, if there are already torn and damaged area on your mattress, our specialists will notify you and take extra care in cleaning that area. Do note some material is much fragile than others.
How long does it take for it to dry?
Generally, you can expect your mattress to be dry within 6-8 hours. However, in some cases certain material may take up to 10 hours to dry. We recommend you to switch on all fans and create a good ventilation surrounding by opening up the windows if situation permits.
Are the chemicals used safe for children and pets?
Yes! All our chemicals used are NEA approved and safe for children and pets. Make sure your clean upholstery is fully dried up before using.
Will all stains be 100% removed?
As much as we like to guarantee all stains can be removed, certain stains on some material that has been left untouched for too long will prove to be very stubborn stains. However, you can take a look at our gallery where we usually remove close to 100% of the stains.
How long does it take for the cleaning process?
Generally our specialist takes about 1 hour for a queen size mattress. It depends on the size, condition of the mattress and the toughness of stains.
Will the cleaning service always be on-site?
Yes! We perform our upholstery cleaning service always on-site to reduce downtime and travelling for both clients and ourselves.
What do I have to provide during the cleaning service?
We will require just electricity and water supply for our upholstery machine.
Will both sides of my mattress be cleaned?
It depends on your mattress type. Our specialists will clean both sides for mattress that requires flipping. However, do take note that you your mattress will be left in a position where both sides are able to dry.
How often should I clean my mattress?
