Before the service, CleanCare Living mentioned that they might not be able to remove two grey stains on the carpet but assured me they would try. However, after their cleaning, the carpet was left in a worse state. Once it dried, the original grey color had been stripped, leaving it yellow and brown. I was shocked at the damage caused to a carpet that had been in good condition for years, with no prior color issues. The stains are still there (which I am okay with because they didn't promise me they can remove them) however, I did not expect them to ruin the entire carpet color. We have to throw the carpet out. When I contacted the company to address the problem, their response was utterly unprofessional. They dismissed all responsibility, claiming the carpet was already damaged and falsely accusing us of using a water vacuum or getting the carpet wet with rain. These claims are baseless, as the carpet had never shown such discoloration until their so-called "cleaning." Their customer service was dismissive and distasteful, showing no accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. For the high price of $539, I expected professional service and care, not damage to my property and excuses.
